Come along on Saturday 4th February for a trip to the National Army Museum!
About the museum
Situated in Chelsea, the National Army Museum relates the overall history of the British Army, British colonial, imperial and commonwealth forces and the British Indian Army as a whole from 1066 to the present and its effects on national and international history.
The museum also has an extensive art gallery, which includes a selection of portraits, battle
scenes and domestic interiors, horse portraits and camp scenes, dating from 1630 to 2000, by some of Britain’s greatest artists.
Also in the museum is a special exhibition titled; 'War Horse: Fact & Fiction' which is a hands-on interactive exhibition brought to life using exclusive material from the acclaimed stage production by the National Theatre. The touching 'real life' stories of the horses and men who depended on them will be illustrated through the Museum's rich collection encouraging visitors to think about the millions of War Horses who have supported the British Army across time.

The museum has free entry!
Afterwards, we will head to a local pub or bar for a chat over a drink. Please indicate when you RSVP whether you wish to attend at 1:15pm or 2:15pm.
